Ralph has been dealing with the philosophy and mysticism of the East for 20 years and has published books on spiritual philosophy.
His thinking and research is accompanied by intensive, personal practice. His translation of Patanjalis Yogasutras has become a standard German work since its publication in 2011. In 2012 followed his book on Yoga Nidra, in 2013 the Baghavad Gita and in 2014 the Psychology of Yoga.

Training contents: Practice of Ayurveda and its concrete connection to Yoga
Dr. E. P. Jeevan is one of Germany’s best qualified teachers in the field of Ayurveda. His classical 7.5 year training at the prestigious Coimbatore Ayurveda College together with intensive Yoga and Sanskrit studies give him excellent expertise in all fields of this healing science. After several years of thorough teaching at the renowned Coimbatore Ayurveda College, Dr. E. P. Jeevan turned to the challenging task of teaching international students. In 1995 he opened a successful practice in Italy and leads workshops and offers one-year Ayurveda training courses in close cooperation with western doctors. He is the founder of Ayurveda Care in Germany – an academy that teaches Ayurveda to western medical professionals – an institute in Berlin and Ingolstadt.
He is also a lecturer at the following academies: Seva Academy in Munich, European Academy in Birstein, International Academy in Florence. Known for his dynamic teaching style and charismatic personality, Dr. E. P. Jeevan himself embodies the benefits of Ayurveda for a healthy life.

Training contents: Basic medical knowledge, yoga history, stylistics, Vinyasa Krama, Mudras and Drishti, hands-on and adjustment.
Fascinated by the effects and tools of yoga, Meret delved into yoga therapy. In Kripalu, at the Yoga Therapy Intensive Conference, she learned from world-renowned teachers such as Gary Kraftsow, Larry Payne, Aadil Palkhivala, John White, Amy Weintraub, and Stephen Cope. She attended Yoga Therapy training courses with Aadil Palkhivala, Ganesh Mohan, Doug Keller, Roger Cole and Richard Hackenberg. Her 150 hours of basic medical knowledge give her a solid foundation in physiology, musculoskeletal system, anamnesis and diagnostics. Meret has the Yoga Alliance RYT 500 certificate.
Her dream of being light as a feather has come true with yoga and influences her teaching style. Well aligned asanas according to aspects of B. K. S. Iyengar, with the focus on breathing and the feeling of inner strength, lead to the sources of one’s own life energy.
