The training deliberately takes place in a seminar centre in order to minimize distractions from the outside and to have a calm and balanced atmosphere for learning.

We will spend large parts of the day in silence, will start early, finish the evening with a very quiet practice and go to bed early. Lunchtime is time to enjoy the surrounding nature, you can start hiking from the seminar house, please bring suitable shoes.
The atmosphere should not be strict and ascetic, but supported by the self-esteem and acceptance of others, no matter which yoga tradition they practice. Stimulants should nevertheless be reduced to a minimum.
