Contents

An authentic, modern, western yoga without blinkers, without guru, fed from the roots of Eastern wisdom and enriched with the knowledge of Western medicine and psychology awaits you. Basics are an important aspect of this training. In the course of the training, a solid base in anatomy is created and clear didactics taught that will enable you to teach. You will refine your own yoga practice and acquire the knowledge and skills to meet the individual needs of each participant.

The YOGA postures (Asanas) are first learned statically and precisely, focussing on the breath, then slowly we move into motion. Pranayama (yoga breathing technique) is an important part of the training. All teachers and instructors are practitioners and their focus is on the applicable, everyday-suitable yoga that can be integrated into your life. Yoga is ultimately supposed to free and not to limit.
