The Advanced Teacher Training (ATT) + 300 hours is an advanced training for yogis who have completed a 200 hours Teacher Training.

Contents

Contents are the accompanied deepening of the own practice, security with correcting and assistance. Further topics are Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, intensive pranayama and meditation, didactics and the role of the yoga teacher, yin yoga and fascia, yoga for pregnant women, yoga according to the principles of Ayurveda and the Doshas as well as deepening the yoga philosophy.

    Module 1 – Anatomy and Alignment

    Applied yoga anatomy, joint and muscle mechanics in theory and practice. Anatomical aspects of all asana groups, individual bone structure and personal alignment. Yoga tools and accompanied self-practice for personal development.

    Module 2 Asanas, Alignment and Adjustment

    The anatomical findings and the knowledge about alignment of module 1 are put into practice. We learn meaningful, attentive and helpful adjustment (assistance).

    Module 4 - Meaningful sequencing. Yoga and Physiology. Mantras and mudras. Reverse postures and arm balances

    Vinyasa Krama, the art of developing anatomically and energetically meaningful sequences for different needs and levels. Learning to read and understand aids, variations and the body lead to sattvic yoga practice and successful teaching.

    Deepen mantras and mudras in theory and practice.

    The effect of yoga on the physiological level in theory and practice. How does our life affect the nervous system, fascia, cardiovascular system and immune system? Meaningful yin yoga, energetically powerful flow, hatha yoga and restorative yoga lead to balance in the inner milieu.

    Basics of exact alignment of inversion posture and arm balances. Recognition of the individual needs of the participants, as well as their own practice. Respect them and go on step by step – called Krama.  (3 days)

    Module 5 - Pranayama

    Anatomical and physiological basics of pranayama. Sense and nonsense of the breathing space. Breathing, stress and nervous system. All important pranayamas are practiced and their effects explained in detail.

    Module 6 – Applied Yoga Philosophy

    Practically applicable and understandable philosophy of Yoga with Ralph, the experienced and Germany-wide known author. Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra’ is already a standard work after only a few years. Patanjali, Sankhya and Baghavad Gita.

    In this seminar you will learn how to offer yoga in a competent and target-group oriented way. (e.g. Yoga for pregnant women, Yoga on the chair, Yoga for special restrictions)
